Standard UK Mainland
Free Next-Day Delivery:
Free next-day delivery is available on all orders over £99 (excluding VAT) to UK Mainland addresses.
Orders under £99 are subject to a delivery fee of £10.
Order Dispatch Times:
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 1pm on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day.
Delivery Timeframes:
While we strive for next-day delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Westbids cannot accept liability or provide compensation for any business losses resulting from delayed deliveries.
Please ensure that the correct delivery address, postcode, and contact number are provided during checkout to prevent any delays or lost parcels.
Westbids cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Pallet Deliveries
Shipping rates for wholesale bulk orders will be calculated during checkout. Larger bulk orders will be delivered by pallet within 2-3 working days, between 9am and 5pm.
UK Non Mainland
For shipping to non-mainland UK addresses (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland), please contact us for a shipping charge quote before placing your order. Services for these regions range from 1-5 working days.
European & International Deliveries
A wide range of shipping options available to Europe and worldwide. Complete order online, sales advisor will confirm shipping options and charges. Note: Brexit changed customs procedures for UK to Europe shipments. Westbids are not liable for local custom charges, taxes, duties (check with local agent before ordering).
What Is A Working Day
Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding any bank holidays or national holidays). Any orders placed outside of working day, will be processed on the following working day.
