At Westbids, we provide reliable and cost-effective delivery across the UK and EU for businesses purchasing food packaging, aluminium foil, cling film, baking paper, disposable coffee cups, burger boxes and other wholesale supplies.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

We offer free local delivery on orders over £99 before VAT.

Orders below £99 may be subject to a delivery charge.
Delivery timeframe: 1–3 working days.
Deliveries are completed by our own team. Goods will arrive in their original packaging and will not be repacked into parcel boxes.

HGV access to premises required
The courier is only obligated to deliver to the kerbside and is not required to unload the pallet or move goods into your premises. Customers must ensure suitable access for a rigid HGV vehicle and make appropriate arrangements to unload the goods safely.
If delivery fails due to access restrictions or no one being available on site, redelivery charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for the safe disposal of the pallet after delivery.

Foil-Lined Paper Wrap Sheets 12 x 12 Inch
Foil against the food, paper in the hand
The foil layer faces the food, the paper stays outside. Foil traps heat and blocks grease from soaking through; the paper outer stays cool enough to grip and fold, so staff handle a hot burger or doner without the sheet turning slick. At 12 x 12 inch it wraps a burger, kebab, hot sandwich or a chip-shop portion.
Heat retention and grease barrier
Food-contact certified under EU Regulation 1935/2004. The foil side is a grease and moisture barrier — sauce and oil stay in the wrap rather than bleeding into the paper. Heat retention holds a hot item through a counter queue or short delivery leg. Not oven-safe — the paper layer rules that out. Microwave: no. 500 sheets per case — a full-volume case for sites wrapping through the day rather than a trial quantity.
A composite — and what that trades away
Foil laminated to paper cannot be separated back into its two materials, so no recycling claim is made for this wrap. What the laminate buys is the paper outer — a grippable, foldable surface bare foil does not give. For sheets that do recycle through the metal stream, the pre-cut aluminium foil sheets are the alternative.

Frequently asked questions
Which side goes against the food?
The foil side — it reflects heat back into the item and stops grease reaching the paper, keeping the outside dry enough to hold.
Are these sheets recyclable?
No recycling claim is made. The foil and paper are laminated together and cannot be separated for either the metal or the paper stream. Operators who need a recyclable wrap should look at pure aluminium sheets instead.
