We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

We offer free local delivery on orders over £99 before VAT.

HGV access to premises required
The courier is only obligated to deliver to the kerbside and is not required to unload the pallet or move goods into your premises. Customers must ensure suitable access for a rigid HGV vehicle and make appropriate arrangements to unload the goods safely.
If delivery fails due to access restrictions or no one being available on site, redelivery charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for the safe disposal of the pallet after delivery.

Paper Straws 8mm x 230mm Individually Wrapped
The standard 8mm paper straw for post-ban beverage service
Since the UK plastic-straw ban in October 2020, the 8mm paper straw is the everyday plastic-straw replacement across pub, restaurant and takeaway service — for soft drinks, water, iced tea, spirits-and-mixers and cocktail work. Individually wrapped for hygiene, so bar or pass hands one over without a bare-straw touch. 230mm length clears a standard tall glass or highball.
Full carton or single pack — both retail-ready
Two pack sizes for different operator profiles. The full carton (6000 straws) is the standing-order economy for pubs, bars and restaurants running steady beverage service. The single retail pack (200 straws) suits coffee shops trialling the switch, event caterers topping up between orders, or operators with low storage. Same 8mm x 230mm straw either way; pack size is the only variable.
